- All orders completed Before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day via the advertised Postal service. Sorry, NO dispatching work on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.

- All our items are sent via Royal Mail, with 95% of our deliveries are made within 1-3 'business working days' however this may differ with larger items as they are hand sorted or dispatched items before and after Bank Holiday week as there is high volume of handling in Royal Mail. In this event, they can just generally take longer to arrive so please be patience before contacting us to find out where your item is if it has not yet arrived. The maximum time we ask you to wait is to allow 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 working days for European & International orders.
- Delivery times are estimated and Not guaranteed by Royal Mail and whilst we will send all goods out for delivery on the specific time we cannot guarantee it due to our reliance on couriers. If you opt for express and it is not received within the timeframe we will refund the delivery fee.
- Our couriers do Not deliver on weekends, If you opt for Express on a Friday before Midday the item would be out for deliver on Monday.
- In case you didn't receive the item due to lost in delivery and ask to refund or replacement, you will be asked to fill the Royal Mail Claim Form as the recipient of the case by email. It will be a part of refund or replacement process and regarded as your official declaration that you didn't receive the item. (*** No declaration can be regarded as fraud claim and may cause delay of refund or replacement process. ) We will offer you a refund or replacement within 24 hours from you reply us the form by email.
